From 9 July 2025, the day of purchase, to the launch on 11 October — and beyond.

Selene (Beneteau First 34.5).
July 2025 · The meeting
On 09.07.25 a signature — years of waiting behind. Selene becomes mine: the project begins.
Here the full documentation: starting with the Bill of Sale.
First gallery showing Selene as she was, before any intervention.
July–August–September 2025 · Three months in the Vlicho shipyard
A gallery that captures Selene’s slow transformation: paintwork, steel, aluminium, systems.
The essentials — done properly.
Late September – early October · Final refitting phase
Final touch-ups and final checks on Selene: paintwork, steelwork, systems.
The necessary — done well, as always.
9 July 2025 · Lefkada — Purchase of Selene.
From 10.07 the refitting officially begins: three and a half months of work condensed into roughly 100 chronological images.
11 October 2025 · Lefkada — Launch day. Light wind, crew: Tiziano.
Not an arrival — the true departure.
13–17 October 2025 · Sea trials — Four days between Nidri, Meganisi and Fiscardo:
a night of heavy rain at anchor, a phone dead in the morning, the pointless attempt to find a mobile shop in Fiscardo,
and the return to Nidri to put order back into tools and thoughts.
A condensed field test: navigation, systems, and decisions.
Details in the logbook.
21 October 2025 · En route to Athens — Dawn departure, landbound again.
Wind, work and sea remain in the diary.
